On 11.11.2022 we sent in the same email criminal complaint against the Spanish Government to the Spanish Supreme Court and to the European Commission, for several documentary falsehoods to shoot up public spending and debt, harming the financial interests of the EU, so the competence of investigation is exclusive to the European Public Prosecutor's Office, together with us as complainants.

On 16.12.2022 we denounced in the European Commission 60 million dollars collected by several MEPs and their relatives.
On 18.12.2022 we ask the European Parliament to require the European Commission to check our money laundering complaints of 2021 and 2022. On 19.12.2022 our petition was accepted under No. 1161/2022.

The European Movement for Justice is a social movement
created by the International Association to Change the World
It is made
up by private non-profit organizations (NPOs), as well as communities and
groups that are not legally constituted, such as Facebook.
The European
Movement for Justice born to promote changes in the structures of justice in
Europe. It is part of the reaction of the social sector to the
malfunctioning of the public service of justice in all the countries of the
world, including the Europeans (more information in
get involved).
We promote
these changes through petitions supported by people's signatures. In
general, the participation of the social sector in some judicial decisions
is requested because public monopoly in justice is the basis of the problem.
The second line consists of
making petitions to create new norms and structures against judicial
corruption.
If the case
should be, these NPOs can assume the judicial functions that we manage to
transfer from the public sector to the social sector.

From the social sector this Europeans’ day against judicial corruption is established, because it is necessary and the institutions do not want to create it.
With this event, we have proposed that simultaneous protests be called in the 35 European countries to which we are going. Anyone can call it or you can coordinate it with us in any of the languages of these countries. It is an opportunity for us to join and make visible the serious problem of European judicial corruption. The judges are destroying our present and our future, or are allowing the whole of the institutions to do so.
